If you are utilizing the RSVP event functionality in the system, you have the ability to message all the members who are marked as "attending" for an event. This feature allows you to message only the attending members for a particular event vs. messaging everyone in the room (by commenting on the post).
How to message event attendees:
- Locate your event collecting RSVP's
- Room owners and app admins will have access the the "Admin Event Panel" (screenshot below)
- Click on "Attending", then "Send message to attendees"
- This button will open a private post to just those attending the event. Type your message to the attendees in text box and click "Publish"
