Administrators can reset passwords for users that are logging into the app with a local password.  This can be helpful when a user is having difficulty receiving the password reset email.


This article does not apply to customers that have implemented authentication to an external system such as Azure, OKTA, Google Workspace or any other third party system.


Manually Reset a User's Password


  • Login to the app
  • Search for the users profile  How to perform a user search
  • At the top of the profile, click on the gear icon
  • Select Reset Password 
  • Enter the new password 
  • Confirm the password
  • Click Create Password
