If a user has been marked as external, an administrator can move the user to internal by updating the users profile. 


Move an External User to Internal 


Follow the steps below to move a user from external to internal

  • Login to the App
  • Click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner
  • Select members in the filters options drop-down
  • Under filter options, tick External Affiliation tick box
  • Enter the name of the person in the keyword field
  • Click the magnifying glass to run the search
  • Click on the user's profile 
  • Select the gear icon in the upper right hand corner
  • Disable the "Set member as external option"
