App Admins are able to bring back a disabled user profile. Should a team member leave the organization and then later return, App Admins will follow the below steps to reactivate the user profile.


To find a disabled user profile


  1. Navigate to the User/Member Search Tool
  2. Select "Filters" under the Keyword Search Bar
  3. Select "members" in the Filter Options
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the User/Member Search options
  5. Select "Search Disabled Users"
  6. Input the User name that you wish to search for
  7. Select the User profile
  8. Navigate to the settings tab on their User profile
  9. Select "Reactivate Member"
