App Admins are able to bring back a disabled user profile. Should a team member leave the organization and then later return, App Admins will follow the below steps to reactivate the user profile.
To find a disabled user profile
- Navigate to the User/Member Search Tool
- Select "Filters" under the Keyword Search Bar
- Select "members" in the Filter Options
- Scroll to the bottom of the User/Member Search options
- Select "Search Disabled Users"
- Input the User name that you wish to search for
- Select the User profile
- Navigate to the settings tab on their User profile
- Select "Reactivate Member"
