Room members can become owners of a room, which will provide that user full admin rights to the room.
If you're using groups to map members to rooms, you can choose whether a group of users are room owners or members for a specific room.

Make a member of a room a room owner
- Login to the app as either the room owner, a team admin, an app admin or a super admin
- Open the room where you want to update a member to a room owner
- Click on the members tab
- Search for the members name, and click on the three dots next that users name
- Toggle on "Room Owner"
- User will now have an owners badge next to their name in this room (you may need to refresh your browser) and will have full editing rights to this room
