If you have invited a new user to the system (link to article on inviting new users) and their email notifications and subscription have been reviewed (link to article on troubleshooting email notifications) you may have invited a user to the system who already has an account. 



Search for active member in the system

  • Click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner
  • Select members in the filters options drop-down
  • Enter the name or email of the person in the keyword field
  • For a more granular search, complete any of the other available fields
  • Click the magnifying glass to run the search
  • If the user IS found, follow the directions below to send a welcome email - all set!



Search for disabled users in the system

  • If the user is NOT included in the results, re-run the search using with the search disabled users option


  • If you locate the user under the disabled , you'll need to reactive the member and send a welcome email (shown below)


Reactive a Disabled User

  • Click the disabled user in the search results to open the users profile 
  • Click gear icon located at the top of the user's profile
  • Click Reactivate Member
  • When prompted click Confirm



Send Welcome email

  • Click gear icon located at the top of the user's profile
  • Click on "Send Welcome Email"
