Perform a User Search

  • Login to the App
  • Click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner
  • Select members in the filters options drop-down
  • Enter the name of the person in the keyword field
  • If you're looking for an external user, enable the External Affiliation option
  • For a more granular search, complete any of the other available fields
  • Click the magnifying glass to run the search
  • If the user is not included in the results, re-run the search using with the search disabled users option 

Re-enable a Disabled User

  • Click the disabled user in the search results to open the users profile 
  • Click gear icon located at the top of the user's profile
  • Click Reactivate Member
  • When prompted click Confirm
