New members can be added to a room by a room owner, an app admin or a super admin. Members can be added individually or by using groups. 


To Add a New Member to a Room 


  • Login to the app as either the room owner, an app admin or a super admin
  • Open the room where you want to add members
  • Click on the members tab
  • Click the add members icon
  • Enter the name of the user or group you want to add into the members field
  • Click on the user or group.  Multiple users and groups can be added.
  • Once you've completed adding the users/groups click save changes
  • The new members should have access to the room within 10 minutes.
