Folders are used to logically organize posts within a room.  New folders can be added to existing rooms at any time.  

 

Add a Folder to a Room

  • Select the room in the left navigation menu
  • Click the gear icon to edit the room settings

 

 

  • Scroll down to the Add or remove folders section
  • Click Add Folder


 

  • Enter a name for the folder
  • Select a form by clicking the drop down arrow
  • Click Save at the bottom of the screen


 

Once you've saved your changes, the folder will be available when creating posts in the room.
