For iOS apps to be in the app store, the app must allow anyone to create an account. You may wish to disable these accounts on a regular basis, though these users do not have access to any content in your system.

Delete Individually

To locate these accounts in your system, click on the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner. Under "filter options" select "member" and check the box next to "external affiliation", then click the magnifying glass in the center panel to search.

Click on a users profile with the "external" tag, then click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of their profile, and click on "disable member".

Delete Multiple At Once

You may find that you have several accounts you wish to delete, that would be easiest via an upload. To do so, you must have access to the CSV Importer. Please see the following directions for using the CSV Importer: https://help.konverse.com/a/solutions/articles/66000498499

Notes:

  • External users can be identified on your CSV download if the column "profile_external_user" has a "1".
  • Your CSV column headers for disabling accounts should be "user_id" and "status" = "disabled"
