By default, Konverse automatically synchronizes users and user attributes every 4-6 hours.  If you've manually added new users or attributes to your internal system and you don't want to wait for the sync to run to to pickup the changes, you can run the sync job manually.  


You must be an App Admin or Super Admin to perform the steps below.


Manually Run User Sync


  • Login to the app
  • Search for Member Management in the left nav 
  • Select External Sync - If you do not see this option, you are not an App Admin or Super Admin
  • Click the pencil on the sync you want to run
  • Select Sync Status
  • Click Manual Run to start the sync 
  • To see the status, click the refresh button
  • Most synchronizations complete within about 15 minutes.  If you have updated user attributes that are used to add members to groups, it can take up to two hours after after running the sync for members to be added to groups.
