Validating an Email Address


If you're a new user or you've added another email address to your profile, you'll need to validate the email address for it to become active. 


If you do not verify your email address:


  • You will not be able to login with the new address
  • Requesting a password reset will not allow you to update your password and you'll get a message stating the password reset has expired


New Users 

New users will receive a welcome email with an option to Activate your Account.  After clicking on the Activate your Account button and setting a password, the account will be active.  


If you do not receive the welcome email, check your junk mail folder.  

If you're unable to locate the email, please add alerts@alerts.konverse.com as an allowed sender to your spam settings and contact your internal support team and ask them to resend the message.


Adding Additional Email Addresses


If you've added an additional email address to your account, a validation email will be sent to the new email address.  After clicking the Activate your Email button the email address will become active.  Note, welcome emails will not validate additional email addresses.


If you have not validated the email address and can't find the verification email that was sent: 

  • Check your spam and junk folders.  Gmail users should also check the important folder.  
  • Confirm you have updated your spam settings to allow messages from alerts@alerts.konverse.com.  
  • Resend the verification email.
  • Login to the app using your previous email address
  • Click on your avatar/initials in the upper right hand corner of the app and select My Profile
  • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your profile
  • Scroll down to the Additional Email Addresses section
  • Click the Resend button next to the email address that was added
  • Click the Activate Your Email button in the verification email
