Before following the process below, be sure you have added [email protected] to your email allow list.



Request a Password Reset


If you need to reset your password, you can do so by navigating to the login page of your application. Once on the login page, click on the "Can't access your account?" button.



After clicking on the button, you will be prompted to enter your email address. *Please note* that the email address you enter MUST be the email address associated with your account.




Upon entering your correct email address, click on "Send Password Reset." You should receive an email with Password Reset prompts within the next few minutes. 


If you do not receive an email, check your spam and junk folders.  Gmail users should also check the important folder.  Before requesting another email, confirm you have updated your spam settings to allow [email protected]. 


Resetting your Password 


To reset your password, click on the link in the email you received.  If you have trouble with the link, copy and paste the URL included in the email into your browser.  


In the dialog box you should see your email address in the first field, if not, enter it.  Enter a password in the second field by first deleting the dots.  Confirm your password and click Submit.  




Manually Resetting your Password


To manually reset your password, you must be logged into the app.

  • Access your profile by clicking on your avatar in the upper right hand corner of the app.
  • At the top of your profile, click on the gear icon
  • Select Reset Password 
  • Enter the new password 
  • Confirm the password
  • Click Create Password
