To create a post in the application, you are actually filling out a form and publishing it. Forms are designed to organize content and prompt the user to provide the necessary information on their post. It is utilizing forms that the different rooms are created and organized. When creating a room, you must always choose a form to attach to it for the user to fill out. Forms can be as simple as a title and a body section or more complex containing dropdown fields, multi-select fields, etc.
By default, all applications contain a set grouping of forms - Discussion, Help Desk, Task, Event, etc. These can be used as is or can be cloned and modified to your liking. To manage existing forms or build out new ones, you will utilize the Form Builder tool in your application. This tool is only available to App Admins.
Form Builder Tool
To locate the Form Builder tool, you may search for it in the left navigation or look for it under the Admin Tools category.
Upon clicking into the Form Builder, you now have access to manage, edit, and create forms to be used in the application.
