From time to time, updates are released for mobile apps. If you have enabled live update on the app, updates will download and be installed automatically, however, changes will not be applied until you relaunch the app.
If you are running an older version of the app or have not enabled live update, access the app settings per below instructions to make the changes.
To Update The App
- Launch the app
- Click on your profile icon at the top of the screen and select my profile
- Click on the phone icon to access mobile settings
- If you do not have a phone icon click on the gear icon
- Scroll down to the app version
- If updates are available, a message will be displayed Updates Available
- Download the update
- After downloading the update, close the app by swiping up
- Relaunch the app.
Note: Automatic updates can be enabled in the mobile settings by enabling the Auto Update option
