Users may want to add an additional email address to their profile, remove an email address or update the address that displays on their profile. Admins may make any of these updates, as well as a member to their own profile. 


Add email

From the users profile, click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner, then type in the new email address in the "Additional email addresses" field, then click the "add" button.  

An email will be sent to the new address for validation.  The user must validate the email address or an administrator must click the validate button for it to become live.



Remove email

If a user has more than one email address on their profile, they can remove one by clicking on the trash can icon under the word "remove". 

Change display email

If a user has more than one email address on their profile, they can change which email shows on their profile by toggling on the button under the word "display" (shown above).


Change notification email

If a user has more than one email address on their profile, they can change which email receives notifications by toggling the button under the word "notify
