Introduction

This document provides instructions for configuring Single Sign-on (SSO) in Azure Active Directory.  If you have not received the Identifier (Entity ID), Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) and Logout URL, please contact Konverse Support.  

Azure Active Directory Configuration

  1. Login to the Azure Active Directory Admin Center.
  2. Select Enterprise Applications in the navigation panel.
  3. Click New Application 
  4. Click Create Your Own Application 
  5. Enter a Name for the application Konverse SSO
  6. Select Integrate Any Other Application You Don’t Find in the Gallery option.
  7. Click Create 
  8. Open the newly created application 
  9. Click Get Started in the Setup Up Single Sign On box
  10. Click SAML
  11. Click Edit in the Basic SAML Configuration section.
  12. Enter the Identifier (Entity ID), Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) and Logout URL that was provided to you by Konverse
  13. Click Save
  14. Click User Attributes & Claims
  15. Change the Required Claim 
    • Name identifier format – Email address
    • Source – Attribute
    • Source attribute – user.mail
  16. Send the App Federation Metadata URL to Konverse support
  17. Assign users/groups to the Application 


Testing will not be successful until Konverse support has confirmed setup is complete.
