Introduction
This document provides instructions for configuring Single Sign-on (SSO) in Azure Active Directory. If you have not received the Identifier (Entity ID), Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) and Logout URL, please contact Konverse Support.
Azure Active Directory Configuration
- Login to the Azure Active Directory Admin Center.
- Select Enterprise Applications in the navigation panel.
- Click New Application
- Click Create Your Own Application
- Enter a Name for the application Konverse SSO
- Select Integrate Any Other Application You Don’t Find in the Gallery option.
- Click Create
- Open the newly created application
- Click Get Started in the Setup Up Single Sign On box
- Click SAML
- Click Edit in the Basic SAML Configuration section.
- Enter the Identifier (Entity ID), Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) and Logout URL that was provided to you by Konverse
- Click Save
- Click User Attributes & Claims
- Change the Required Claim
- Name identifier format – Email address
- Source – Attribute
- Source attribute – user.mail
- Send the App Federation Metadata URL to Konverse support
- Assign users/groups to the Application
Testing will not be successful until Konverse support has confirmed setup is complete.
